Jummah Unmuted is already successfully beta tested and working in mosques, and we are working on expanding to thousands of non-Arabic speaking Muslims in Qatar and beyond connect with their Friday prayers.
We're actively trying to partner with Awqaf and local mosques to expand this service, while keeping it accessible through a pay-what-you-can model — free for those who need it most.

Our Mission
Having lived in Qatar most of my life, I've personally experienced a challenge that millions of non-Arabic speaking Muslims face every Friday — not being able to fully understand the khutbah (sermon), which is delivered in Arabic.
Jummah Unmuted was born from this personal need. Using advanced AI speech recognition and translation, it allows worshippers to follow along with Friday sermons in a language they understand, in near real-time on their phones.
This project isn't just technology — it's about inclusion, accessibility, and spiritual connection in our religious practices. By breaking down language barriers, we're helping Muslims worldwide connect more deeply with their faith during the most important prayer of the week.
